One of the definitions of treason is to give aid and/or comfort to the enemy.
There have been many comments made by our unesteemed Senators, Representatives and even our newly elected Fuhrer.
Comments like our troops are Nazis..The war is lost..and most recently, 'Terrorists are to be afforded citizen's rights, although they were captured on a battlefield, killing American soldiers.
Point one, these Guantanomo terrorists are not US citizens, and are not subject to the rights and priviliges of such.
Point two, These terrorists do not, nor have they ever, subscribed to the Geneva Convention.
Point three, Once subjected to the court system in this country, assuming they will not just be released back to some nation that will harbor them, some jackass defense attorney like, oh I dunno, our new Attorney General?, they will walk scot free, and if recent events are any indication, with a green card and a cash settlement to boot.
Soooo, why is not some good, conservative Prosecutor filing Treason charges against these people? Like, Durbin, Pelosi, Read, Obama? Hmm?
My son-in-law is a soldier in the Army, and is soon to be redeployed back to the AO. What will our Loving Fuhrer have to say to me, and the other parents of wounded and dead American soldiers, Marines and airmen should one of his pet terrorists released from Gitmo return to the battlefield?
